Welcome to Giggles Day Nursery and thank you for registering your child with us.

We all know how important your child is and aim to deliver the highest quality of care and education to help them to achieve their best.

This prospectus aims to provide you with an introduction to Giggles Day Nursery, our routines, our approach to supporting your child’s learning and development and how we aim to work together with you to best meet your child’s individual needs. This should be read alongside our Childcare Terms and Conditions for a full description of our services.

Giggles Day Nursery setting aims to:
  • provide high quality care and education for children below statutory school age;
  • work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop;
  • add to the life and well-being of the local community; and
  • offer children and their parents a service that promotes equality and values diversity.

Funded Childcare Entitlement 

If you receive certain benefits or have a household income of less than £16,190 you may qualify for free childcare, for your 2 year old. Your child is entitled to three free sessions of childcare per week the term after your child’s 3rd birthday.

30hrs funding children will be charged £2.00 per day for nursery food – invoiced monthly 


Deposits to Secure a Place

 

  • 2 year old funding only: No deposit required
  • EEE grant 3 & 4 year old only: No deposit required

 


Full time: £250.00 + £50-00 non-refundable registration fee ( includes nursery t-shirt)

Part time:  £200.00 + £50-00 non- refundable registration fee ( includes nursery t-shirt)


Where possible deposits must be paid to the nursery at least one month before starting. Deposits are refundable if one month’s written notice is given when you wish to relinquish your place. Deposits are refunded within 1 month of leaving the setting. Only extras chargeable are for extra sessions, extra activities we may have on offer from time to time and for late collections (£10.00 per 15 minutes after 1pm and 6pm) If occasional extra sessions are requested these need to be paid for in advance or on the day required. Please contact the nursery on 020 8577 1815 if you require further information or wish to arrange a visit. We accept a minimum of 2 sessions per week.

Non-payment of fees will be passed to BFL solutions for collection
